miscommunication....

assalamualaikum..Hello to all my blog visitors..how are you all today??Hopefully,
you all in healthy..I came againt in this blog..In this time.I want to tell about miscommunication..All peoples in the world must have miscommunication in their life.
It same with me...

I will had a miscommunication with my bestfriend..I will be her friend since I in kindergarden yet..But...when I n her in form 3,will had happened a big miscommunication in our relationship...It's that miscommunication that cause our relationship is in fault..In our miscommunication,it will because the third person involved...The third person was spoiled about me to my bestfriend...Besides that, to me,that third person also spoiled about my bestfriends...Cause of that,we had very big fight...A long time we can't talk together...When we meet,we only be don't know each other..One day,we know the truth story...We feel very guilty to each other..We had be a bestfriend again..Now,my bestfriend is study at Universiti Teknologi Mara(UTM).. We always contact each other and when we break,we always meet at town.I miss her very much.

One more miscommunication will had happen in my life is,with my boyfriend.At one day,my friends went to town..They all invite me to follow them went to town..
But,I not go to the town,because I had many assignment to do..Suddenly,one off my friends,will call me.They all tell me,they saw my boyfriend out with another girl..
I fell very disspointed..Since that,I trust him very much..I suddenly call him..
But,I very shoock,when I heared my boyfriend sound in busy..I forgot,that my boyfriend had told me,that day,at his house have a ceremony weddings..That truth, all my friends saw who that's people is same face with my boyfriend..hehehehe...

From the incident,I learned that we should never trust at talk another person,who that spoiled about that another person..Furthermore,we also must had a positive thinking...Besides that,we can't accuse another person without statment.. taht all about miscommunication in my life..thank you..

Effective Communication

What is Effective Communication??
Effective that I understand is meaning,a succesfully things followed by the result that we want...While,communication that I understand is meaning,the act of sharing or exchanging information,ideas or feeling...So,Effective Communication that can I conclude by my own definition is meaning,the act of sharing or exchanging information,ideas or feelings be a succesfully thing followed by the result that we want...Besides that,effective communication also can be meaning,is ensuring that your message is understood,stimulating the recipient to take appropriate action,or affecting the way the receipent thinks in some way...

That's are benefits of effective communication:
Stronger decision-making and problem-solving
Upturn in productivity
Convincing and compelling corporate materials
Clearer,more streamlined workflow
Enhanced professional image
Sound bussiness relationships
Successful response ensured

Besides that,effective communication also have barries for that communication be successful and effective...for example:-

=choice of words is vital to the effectiveness of any communication

=careful concentration is demanded if a communication is to be understood

=The effectiveness of any communication may depend on our relationship with the
person giving the message

Money

Long ago,people did not earn their money by working.They got their money from the ground.The money was large,round and flat.It looked just like what it was a stone.
This special stones were very hard to find,and therefore become very valuable.The
larger the stone,the more valuable it was.The smallest money stones were about the size of a dinner plate.It might buy a fish or some vegetables.The richer the men the bigger and havier the money stones were.So,most of the rich men had servants to carry their stones when they went out to trade.These men left their stones in front of their houses so that everyone could see how rich there were.Peoples in othre places found their moneyalong the seashore.They broken the shells into little pieces,
polish them to make them shine,made small holes and hung them on strings.One string of shells would buy food.A hundred strings would buy a canoe or a cow.Some people made their money from salt.They shaped the salt into little bricks.Salt money was not aw heavy as stone money or as hard to find as shell money.However,when it rained,the brick salt money melted easily into salt water.Later,people started using metal such as copper,silver and gold for money.It is not easily damaged by water or heat.Metal money is certainly more durable than salt,shell or stone money.However,
metal money is hard to carry around if you have a large amount of the money.It is
heavy and takes up a lot of space.Today,our money comes in two different forms,paper and metal.They have numbers printed on them to show their value.

Turtles

All bany turtles start their lives alone.Baby sea turtles climb out of their shells on their own.They do not need a mother or father turtles to help them as they are able to take care of themselves.They scramble from their nest under the sand and walk on their tiny new flippers to the water.They tind their way to the sea and look for food such us small fish,snails and insects that they can eat.When it is time for they to lays eggs.These sea turtles will come bwsk to shore.They dig their nesty after sunset and then lay their eggs and cover them with sand.Later,after they have rested,they will return to the sea.Turtles can live in many places and eat a variety of food.Many turtle live in water likes the oceans,ponds,or muddy river bottoms.Some
turtles live in hot desert sands.To protect themselves from the hot sun,desert turtles often find shelter in the ground.Some turtles live in damp woods.They eat insects,leaves,green shoots and barries.They can live for weeks without any food and drinks.This is because they are able to store food in the form of fat in their bodies.Therefore,wherever they live,turtles do not need to hunt for their food all the time.Turtles are founds in various size.The size of the smallest turtles is as small as a child's hand.The letherback turtles on the other hand,is as big as a baby elephant.Turtles are the slowest moving animals on earth.Their life span is much longer than other animals.Turtles have roamed the earth for a very long time but in all these years,their living and eating habits have no changed.

DRUG ABUSE

Drugs are used to fight against diesease in my forms.They are known for curving disease when they are prepared in the correct quqntity,to procedures,and they are medicine.But,the same drugs,which can cure illness,can be fatal to mankind when it is misused.So,at present,we have drug related problems due to such misesed by of ignorant people,especially the youths in particular,which is a cause of national concern.Unscrupulous drug pushers and dealers who are the only people who gain from this practice sell these drugs to unsuspecting youths.Alarmingly,at present,drugs such as heroin,morphine,'candu' and other equally dangerous types are sold freely in our country although preventire measure had been taken.These drug turn one into a drug addict,who eventually destroys themselves as well as their families and finally the society.This drug manes poses a great danger to nations worldwide.Time and again,
authorities have imposed stricter laws againts that culprit who seem to get brarver and well connected with organized drug syndicates worlwide.Disease such as AIDS,are easily spread through drug abuse activities,such as injections of deadly drugs.Youths,though well informed about the risks,still become addicts due to many factors.Factors such as stress,due to insecurity of family problems and influnce of friends are the main cause of drugs abuse among the youths.To buy the drugs,the youths are wiling to go to any length from stealing to kiling.Through our goverment has imposed the mandotary death sentence fpr serious drug offences,the menace still persists.To wipe out this danger,the goverment must intensity its Anti Drugs campign throughtout the nation as to create awarenees among the people so that by vision 2020,we will have a healthy,strong,industrious and intelligent community.

My first crush

Today in my blog,I want to share with all guests at my blog about "My First Crush".I think and confidently,all people had their own first crush.Also same with me.I also had "my first crush".I had "my first crush" when I was 13 years old.At the moment,I studies in form 1 at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Agama Pahang(SMKAP),Muadzam Shah.That boy who my first crush studies in form3 and also at same school with me.So,he was my senior.First I saw him in orientation.He is my facilitator.I admire him because,I like looked him face.When I looked him face,it can gave me felt calmness and also felt maked me happy.He is a very kind person.He likes helped another peoples who involved in difficult and any problems.He also an active person in sport and education.He is a calibre and responsible prefect>He also as a role model student at our school.Everyone students at our school like at him.Suddenly without I known,he also like to me.He firstly send me a letter to me.Since that day, we contact use up letter.I still keep all letters that him gave to me.Now,we relationship was almost 7 years.In that day,he is my boyfriend.He love me very much. Also same with me.I also love him very much.I feel very happy with him.He is my first crush and also my love.I hope,our relationship can still forever untill ending.That all about my first crush.

My name is Nurul Hidayah Binti Azman.All my friends call me Nurul or Dayah.I was born on 6 November 1989 at Hospital Pontian,Johor.Now,I'm 19 years old.I start school since I was 5 years old.I school at Tadika Islam(ABIM) at the moment.After thats,while I'm 6 years old,I school at Tabika Perpaduan.Since I was 7 years old,I school at Sekolah Kebangsaan Conderawasih in standart 1 until standart 6.Furthermore,when I 13 years old,I school at Sekolah Menengah Agama Pahang(SMKAP) in form1 until form3.When I in form4 until form5,I school at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Tengku Panglima Perang Tengku Muhammad(SMKTPPTM). My father name is Azman bin Dollah.He 44 years old.He work at CIMB bank group.My mother name is Halijah binti Mashod.She 41 years old.She is a fulltime housewife.I have 4 siblings.1 boys and 3 girls.Now,I futher my studies at Kolej poly-Tech Mara Kuantan in course Diploma in Information Technology.When I finish my studies coming soon,I want to be a good programmer. I'm the oldest in my siblings.As a the oldest sister,I want be a role model for my brother and sisters.When I have free time,I likes reading book and surfing internet.Thats all about me...
